Do you or your parents or grandparents remember the “olden days”fondly? Relive our shared heritage by viewing images of the people and places in Bowling Green and Warren County, including parades around Fountain Square Park, sports groups, horse-drawn sleighs, and individual portraits. Several photographs portray river scenes, such as a rare one showing people swimming in the Barren River at the foot of State Street. Images of Beech Bend Park and various historical properties are included. “Warren County Sights and Sounds” opens May 31 at the Kentucky Library & Museum.
