Loup Langton, WKU and author

Loup Langton, Director of the School of Journalism and Broadcasting at WKU and author of Photojournalism and Today’s News: Creating Visual Reality will talk about the lessons he has learned through his travels. Langton, while serving as Director of Photography for Copley Chicago Newspapers, led a team that twice produced Pictures of the Year and Newspaper Photographer of the Year. He also served as Director of Photograph for El Universo, Ecuador’s largest newspaper. He’s photographed in the U.S., Egypt, Haiti, and the Middle East.

Langton will speak at WKU Libraries’ Far Away Places series Thursday, March 27 at 7:00 p.m. at Barnes & Noble. The event is free and open to the public, as well as ‘swipeable’ for WKU students. We hope you’ll join us!
