The opening reception and awards ceremony for the ” U.S. Bank Celebration of the Arts 2006 Open Art Exhibition” took place on March 4 at the Kentucky Library and Museum. All entries are on display at the museum from March 5 – April 9. Artists may sell their work. Photos of winners present at the ceremony are available for download from the web for a limited time.

Many in our community have enjoyed reading the modern classic, In Country, for our One Campus-One Community-One Book project. Ms. Mason came to Bowling Green to discuss her book with participants of the One Book project. She was in WKU Libraries and Bowling Green Public Library On March 2 and in Barnes & Noble March 3.
