Fans who donated a new or gently used children’s books received a free reserved seat ticket on last night’s basketball game. Those who missed the event may revisit it by viewing these selected photos.
The event known as “Books & Baskets” takes place annually. The books will be sold at the Feburary 2006 Famous-Barr Used Book Sale–another of the Book Fest’s pre-event activities–and the proceeds will help fund the Book Fest.
Last night, WKU Basketball Team played against Bellarmine. Big Red was on hand at Gates 1 and 4 to meet and greet fans before the game.
